User Manual
๐ Guide
This comprehensive guide is designed specifically to help you start your journey on the platform, from creating your first classes to setting up games and lessons for your students.
๐ค Accounts & Registration
- Create an account from the registration page: choose the account type (teacher or student), enter your name, email and password, accept the terms, and enter a class code if your teacher gave you one.
- Usernames are unique in any letter case: a name you pick yourself must not be taken, and leaving it empty makes the site generate one from your email automatically.
- Sign in directly with your Google account without a new password; your account is created automatically on first sign-in.
- After registering you receive an activation message at your email โ activate your account from the link before signing in.
- Sign in with your email address or username plus your password.
๐ Plans & Limits
- Your plan sets your ceilings: the allowed number of classes, students, games, lessons and questions.
- Locked templates and play modes show a lock badge โ upgrade your plan to unlock them.
- AI generation and paper export depend on your plan, each with a usage balance shown to you while working.
๐ Student's Guide
- Enter your teacherโs class code at registration or from your pages, then wait for the teacher to approve your join request.
- Your assignments live on your assigned games and lessons pages โ anything your teacher assigns appears there instantly.
- Browse the public games and lessons library and play any public game even without an assignment.
- Your scores, times and attempt history are saved on your results page so you can review your progress.
- Visitors can try public games without an account, and save their score on the leaderboard under their name if it makes the top ten.
๐ซ Classrooms (Teacher)
- Create a class from the classes page and share the join code with your students.
- Join requests come to you for approval or rejection before a student enters.
- Add a student yourself with a name, a unique username and a password โ or paste a name list (up to 100 names) and the site creates the accounts with temporary passwords changed on first sign-in.
- Reset any studentโs password with a temporary one, edit their name, or remove them from the class when needed.
- Assign a game or lesson to the class with an optional due date; it appears instantly for approved students.
- Move your students to a colleague with an export code: a matching class is created with the same accounts and no re-registration.
๐ฎ Building Games (Teacher)
- Create a game (title, description, image, public for everyone or private to you and your classes) then build its questions in the builder.
- The builder supports 14 interactive templates: Multiple Choice, True or False, Matching (Word Pairs), Arrange the Following, Classification, Complete the Sentence, Matching on Image / Labeling, Word Scramble, Complete the Missing Letters, Word Search, Crossword Puzzle, Memory Pairs, Multiplication Table, Math Operations
- Build each question manually with a dedicated editor per template, and upload images by drag & drop, paste or browse.
- Generate questions with AI: write the explanation or instructions, pick the template and count (up to 15 questions for single templates, up to 10 points for multi-point ones), and upload an image for the image-labeling template.
- Import questions from your previous or public games via the question bank, or add words in bulk.
- Control each questionโs time (empty means unlimited) and the retry option, duplicate the game or assign it to a class.
- Print the game on paper as PDF or Word with or without the answer key (memory cards are interactive-only and never print).
- Create an auto-generated multiplication-table game by selecting the tables, answer style and question count.
๐ Preparing Lessons (Teacher)
- Create a lesson (title, explanation, image, public by default or private) and write the content directly or with AI.
- Generate the lesson title and explanation from a short brief, with an AI-lessons cap set by your plan.
- Add videos and interactive simulation files (up to 10 simulations) displayed inside the lesson.
- Attach your games to the lesson so they appear as interactive practice for your students.
- A new lesson is public by default; make it private to limit it to its assigned classes.
๐ Playing & Leaderboard
- Play in five modes: normal, question wheel, maze, balloons and road race โ plus a student-picker wheel for teachers during class.
- Top-10 leaderboard: your name appears once at its highest rank; ties break by fastest time, then earliest finish.
- Read-aloud buttons, fullscreen, a timer, retry when allowed, and guest play under a name.
๐ Results & Tracking
- Follow your studentsโ scores, times and attempt dates from the results page and dashboard.
- Review your full results history from your results page.
